Bill Haas is a singer, songwriter,
performer, and poet. He has been a musical director for Second
City Chicago, ComedySportz
Chicago,
where he won several "Howie" awards for Outstanding Musical
Prowess, and presently ComedySportz
Portland and ShortBoule Band.
He has been a musical therapist and off-campus lecturer for City
Colleges of Chicago.
Bill has written several musicals including
the well-received "Scroogie",
produced for the 150th anniversary of the writing of Dickens's "A Christmas Carol"
at the Factory Theatre in Chicago. He composed and produced the score to "Of
Grapes and Nuts", the Jefferson Citation winning play performed by the Illegitimate
Players. 2002 saw the release of Bill's CD "Hozzola: the Unauthorized Autobiography" |
